What is Melasma?

Melasma is a skin condition with brown-like patches or a grid-like-pattern.

It is most commonly called “Mask of Pregnancy”.

Melasma is produced from an overproduction of cells that make up the colour of our skin.

It is very common and can occur and be most noticeable after direct sunlight exposure.

Did you know that Microdermabrasion can help reduce melasma in the skin?

Microdermabrasion is a form of exfoliation and helps with reducing all brown spots (hypergigmentation) , also rough texture in the skin, which creates a smoother, softer texture to the skin. It also helps to create a more even skin tone, while leaving you with a glow.

Microdermabrasion is called a lunchtime treatment, because it is quick and easy and clients are able to return to work right after, which lasts only about 30 mins.
